Midground shows property and house, bounded by white picket fencing; drive to left side extends to the back of the property to the carriage house and garage, horse and carriage outside tended by single figure; blue mansard-roofed white house in center left of midground, green shutters and decorative gilded ironwork along top of roofline; decorative plantings surrounding house, orchard to right side of the property extending to the back. Background consists of wooded hillsides and open fields to the left of the Neale property; pale tan sky above painted with several white clouds.
