Drawing is horizontally bisected in midground by road with two carriages seperately traveling towards the left; built structures clustered beyond the road from left to right, possibly several distinct farmsteads; at far left a barn next to a two-and-a-half story farmhouse, at middle left barn with attached stable standing next to two-story farmhouse, largest of the houses located to right of center with flagpole and windmill powered watertank behind semi-circular drive with ornamentally planted shrubbery, at far right several connected farm or stable buildings.
